Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery takes place in Germany and the following countries: Austria, Poland, Netherlands, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Luxembourg, Sweden, France, Italy, Finland.

Shipping costs (including VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We calculate the shipping costs at a flat rate of € 10 per order.

We charge a flat rate of 15 € for UPS Express Saver.

From an order value of 120.00 € we deliver free of charge (except UPS Express Saver).

Deliveries abroad:

Shipping costs are calculated based on shipping weight at checkout.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, the goods are delivered domestically (Germany) within 2 - 5 days, UPS Express Saver within 1-2 days, for international deliveries within 5 - 7 days after conclusion of the contract (If prepayment has been agreed after the time of your payment order).

Please note that there will be no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made a different agreement with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
